Terms and conditions:
When placing a pre-order for a model still to be released, you need to provide your details, but we do not take any payment until the day the model is despatched. Please provide, name, address, credit card details, email address, and the code/scale and description for the item that you wish to order. If you will need the model posted to an address other than that which your credit card is registered to, we will require both address's.
Your pre-orders can be sent through via our secure order form, just tick the box for pre-orders.

Your name will be added to the pre-order list for that item, and as soon as the model is released, it will be posted straight out to you. You will also receive an email to confirm your order was received, and another to let you know when your model/s is on it's way, and to confirm the amount charged to your card.
* PLEASE NOTE that even if the model takes 2-3 years to be released, as does happen in some cases, your order remains on file, and is automatically despatched upon arrival. If you should change your mind and wish to cancel your order, you will need to do so in writing, (email acceptable) at least 10 days before the model is released. If you do not make a cancellation, then your model will still be despatched.
* PLEASE REMEMBER TO UPDATE YOUR PAYMENT DETAILS IF THEY CHANGE BEFORE THE MODEL IS RELEASED, OTHERWISE WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DESPATCH YOUR ORDER!
When models are limited editions and likely to be in short supply, it always pays to be on the pre-order list, so that you do not miss out! BUT PLEASE, do not place pre-orders unless you really want the item, no matter how long it takes to be released. We have to order enough stock to cover ALL customers orders, but if lots of people then cancel again it leaves us with excess stocks that we do not need. This pre-order system works well for many collectors that do not have the time to keep track of new releases for themselves, and rely on us to make sure that they never miss a model they want. Please do not abuse it and spoil it for others.
Bobs Models opened in 1964, so is a well established business, we started our Internet mail order side 12 years ago, so have plenty of experience when it comes to packing and handling of your orders.
Once pre-ordered models arrive, they are despatched within 48hrs.
The maximum hold time (If this has been requested) is 14 days.
After this, if they are not collected, or if it is not possible to post them out, they will be returned to stock and your pre-orders treated as cancelled.

If Minichamps increase their prices before a model is released, our price will increase accordingly.
